Alkaline cellulase is a clear brown liquid product. It’s a cellulase preparation produced by submerged fermentation, purification and formulation. It can repair damaged short cellulose fiber efficiently and work on crystalized cellulose, enhancing the cleaning of resistant stains and unfixed dye.

MECHANISM

Alkaline cellulase is series of high-performing enzyme products for biopolishing of fabrics at alkaline pH. It helps with resistant stain, unfixed dye removal and finish of fabrics by working on crystalized cellulose.

APPLICATION RECOMMENDATION

 

REACTION PARAMETERS

 The product has a wide working pH and temperature range from pH 6.0-10.0 and 25℃-60℃. Loss of activity occurs beyond these ranges.

 

RECOMMENDED DOSAGE

The recommended dosage is 0.15-0.5%. The product should be mixed with small amount of detergent first before further processing. The optimal dosage has to be adapted to the exact cleaning purpose.
